Leanne Harker
Meet Leanne, marketing mastermind and dedicated mum of two. With over 15 years of experience, she brings a blend of creativity, data-driven decision-making, and (more than!) a touch of perfection to every project.
Armed with a degree from Lancaster University's 5-star business school and a diploma from the Digital Marketing Institute, she seamlessly blends traditional marketing tactics with cutting-edge digital techniques. As the former head of marketing at telecoms giant, plan.com, she managed award-winning campaigns and led the rebrand of Estera post-management buyout, earning accolades such as best marketing and business development team, best rebranding campaign and brand of the year.
Beyond her professional achievements, Leanne is a passionate memory-maker, often organising unforgettable gatherings for loved ones. Her wanderlust spirit has taken her and her husband on adventures across 32 countries, enriching her global perspective.
Driven by her passion for simplicity and strategic planning, Leanne founded Great Minds Marketing, using her expertise and vast network to help businesses to thrive. With Leanne at the helm, success is not just the goal — it's a certainty.
Meet Ellie, marketing all-rounder, project-planning pro and mum to the adorable Nellie. With 10 years of marketing experience, including seven years specialising in digital, she brings a strong mix of creativity, organisation and people skills to the GMM team.
Ellie has worked across a range of sectors including telecoms and iGaming, with experience spanning digital strategy, content, social media, campaigns and client delivery. Before joining Great Minds Marketing as Marketing and Growth Manager, she worked as Digital Marketing & Content Manager at MMC, supporting businesses with everything from brand and content strategy to blogs, PR and social media.
A natural people person and brilliant project manager, Ellie is at her best when there are plenty of moving parts to bring together. She keeps projects on track, builds strong relationships with clients and has a knack for turning ideas into things that actually get done.
Outside of work, Ellie is mum to Nellie and can usually be found balancing family life with an impressive ability to keep several plates spinning at once.
At GMM, Ellie works closely with our clients while also helping to grow the business, bringing fresh ideas, practical thinking and plenty of energy to what comes next.

A strategic marketer with over 15 years experience, Leanne has built brands and marketing teams from the ground up. Working in house and agency side she knows exactly what it takes (and crucially what it doesn’t!) to build and scale brands, from concept to launch.
